Sports Team share latest album preview, ‘Condensation’

Following in the wake of recent comeback single ‘I’m In Love (Subaru)’, Sports Team have now shared another new number, ‘Condensation’. 

A track that promises to be a live favourite among the band’s anthem-packed back catalogue, ‘Condensation’ is our second taste of what to expect from their forthcoming third album ‘Boys These Days’ (out on 28th February via Distiller Records and Bright Antenna). 

As lyricist Rob Knaggs has succinctly put it, “it’s a song about sweat.” Continuing, he explains: “We had two years away from playing live and wanted to capture the physicality of being in a packed room with people you love. At a gig or anywhere else.”

The product of a series of isolated writing sessions in Norway, ‘Boys These Days’ is the follow up to 2020’s Mercury-shortlisted ‘Deep Down Happy’ and 2022’s ‘Gulp!’, and finds Sports Team embracing an intriguing change in sonic tack.
