Stream a new Atticus remix of Gengahr’s ‘Bathed In Light’

Back in October, London four-piece Gengahr released their debut single ‘Powder / Bathed In Light’ on Transgressive, and announced they will hook up with Wolf Alice to support Alt-J next year at their sold out January show in London’s O2 Arena.

Today, the group have shared a remix of ‘Bathed In Light’, which has been reworked by unknown artist Atticus. A wholly unrecognisable offering, Atticus treats ’Bathed In Light’ to an insistent and catchy beat, with the vocals murmuring between a syncopated rhythm, heading towards a deep house groove.

Gengahr feature in DIY’s Class of 2015 series and have admitted their debut album is currently being fleshed out in a distant farm in Devon. Read our feature with them here and stream Atticus’ remix of ‘Bathed In Light’ below.
