Launching today, London label Killing Moon has put together the third volume of its essential ‘New Moons’ compilation, kickstarting the year with a batch of blog favourites running full steam into 2015.

Previous editions have included the likes of Slaves and Fickle Friends. This latest batch (curated with new music obsessive Ally McCrae) showcases new tracks from DIY favourites GRRL PAL (pictured) and punk force Meat Wave.

Elsewhere, Glasgow producer Turtle makes an appearance with the gorgeous ‘Universal Ra’, other highlights arriving in the shape of Suvi’s ‘Find You’ and ‘Cannit Leave’ from Nadine Shah.

DIY has the first play of ‘New Moons: Volume III’, below. It’s officially released on 19th January as a digital album.
