Telegram dose up on Tokyo for their new ‘Regatta’ video
London four-piece are touring with The Horrors ahead of their DIY London all-dayer appearance.
Bringing their marvellous mops and glammed-up nostalgia rock to huge stages, Telegram are currently supporting The Horrors on a run of dates across the UK.
Ahead of those shows, they went into the studio with Josh and Tom from the band to record their dagger-sharp new track, ‘Regatta’, the designated follow-on from breakthrough 2013 single ‘Follow’.
Like The Horrors, they also appear to possess an undying love for all things Japan - their new video for ‘Regatta’ sees the four of them cruising Tokyo streets, getting dosed up on culture shocks, literally sitting on city pavements and soaking in the atmosphere, never losing sight of their customary leather jackets.
DIY’s delighted to be premiering the new video ahead of the band’s appearance on the DIY London all-dayer in association with PledgeMusic, 1st November. They’re joined by Deers, Jaws, Spring King and tons more - tickets are available here.
