The Answering Machine Announce Split
The Manchester five-piece have been doing some soul searching” and have “decided to stop making music” in their current guise.”

The Answering Machine have announced they’re calling it a day.

Whilst there won’t be a ‘farewell tour’ or ‘last ever gig’, the band will be releasing their second album ‘Lifeline’ on 12’ vinyl. The record followed their 2009 debut ‘Another City, Another Sorry’.
