The Killers have been confirmed to headline Hard Rock Calling 2011.
“The Killers rocked the stage at Hard Rock Calling 2009,” said Hamish Dodds, President and CEO, Hard Rock International. “And we’re extremely excited to have them back this year for an encore performance.”
The band will play the event on Friday 24 June, with tickets going on sale this Thursday (April 21) at 9am. Hard Rock Calling takes place in London’s Hyde Park. Previous headliners include The Who, Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen, Neil Young, Stevie Wonder, Aerosmith, Peter Gabriel, Pearl Jam and The Police
The show will mark the The Killers first UK appearance since 2009.
