May cover stars The Kills have scored a personal best, as new album ‘Ash & Ice’ hits the Top 20, entering the UK album charts at #18 today.
Tegan & Sara’s ‘Love You To Death’ has also entered in the Top 40, at #30, Fatherson’s ‘Open Book’ is at #46, Ladyhawke enters at #57 with ‘Wild Things’, and Minor Victories’ self-titled debut is at #60.
The Top Five consists of Paul Simon’s new ‘Stranger To Stranger’ a new entry at #1, Drake’s ‘Views’ (2), Coldplay’s ‘A Head Full Of Dreams’ (3), Beyoncé’s ‘Lemonade’ and Catfish and the Bottlemen’s ‘The Ride’ (5).
Over in singles, Drake’s ‘One Dance’ is still top of the pops,
This week’s new album releases include Spring King’s ‘Tell Me If You Like To’, Alexis Taylor’s ‘Piano’, The Invisible’s ‘Patience’ and Yung’s ‘A Youthful Dream’.
