The Lemon Twigs confirm new album 'Look For Your Mind!'; share lead single 'I Just Can't Get Over Losing You' • News • DIY Magazine

Prolific sibling duo The Lemon Twigs are back, having recently revealed that they’ll be dropping their sixth studio album, ‘Look For Your Mind!’, on 8th May via Captured Tracks.

It’ll be their third record in four years (following 2023’s ‘Everything Harmony’ and 2024’s ‘A Dream Is All We Know’), but this time the D’Addario brothers - Brian and Michael - have teamed up properly with their live band members Reza Matin and Danny Ayala, as well as Eva Chambers of Tchotchke.

Speaking on the LP’s overarching concept - which, despite its peppy, buoyant sound, is shot through with notions of paranoia and suspicion - Brian has noted: “I do think that now is a time of insanity. You really have to hold onto your own mind if you don’t wanna lose it.”

Ushering in this next chapter is lead single ‘I Just Can’t Get Over Losing You’ - a bittersweet cut of ’60s jangle-pop that arrives accompanied by an Ed Sullivan Show-style video. Check it out here:
