The Murder Capital share ‘More Is Less’ video, announce 2020 tour dates

After the live video of ‘More Is Less’ catapulted Dublin’s The Murder Capital into everyone’s consciousness, the group are now sharing the official video for it, and it’s just as great.

Shot by Sam Taylor in black and white, it depicts a messy (both literally and metaphorical) relationship, rife with violence and passion, perfectly matching the dark and raucous energy of the track itself.

Taken from their August debut album ‘When I Have Fears’, the record itself is unflinching and raw, quite rightly gaining them critical acclaim and a position amongst the great new upcoming bands.

“I think the beautiful thing for us is that we’ve got nothing to prove to anyone,” James told us about the record. “That’s how we got away with making something that I believe to be so pure. That record is like a living sentient thing when I listen to it. It’s imperfect and it’s breathing.”
