The Prodigy, Sufjan Stevens, Circa Waves flying high in the Official Chart midweeks
The Prodigy are on course for their sixth number 1 album with ‘The Day Is My Enemy’.
The Prodigy are set to top the Official Albums Chart for the sixth time with their new album, ‘The Day Is My Enemy’.
Their first album in six years, midweek figures show place the record ahead of James Bay, Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran.
Sufjan Stevens is set to score his highest charting album to date with new LP ‘Carrie & Lowell’ - that’s at #5.
Liverudlians Circa Waves meanwhile are at #8 with ‘Young Chasers’, with other new entries coming from Death Cab For Cutie (#18 with ‘Kintsugi’) and Godspeed You! Black Emperor (#30 with ‘Asunder Sweet and Other Distress’).
In the Official Singles Chart, Ed Sheeran is heading back to the top spot with his latest single ‘Bloodstreams’. He’s ahead of current chart-topper Jess Glynne, plus James Bay, Years & Years and Rihanna (#16 with ‘Bitch Better Have My Money’).
