The Raconteurs return with double A-side, ‘Sunday Driver’ / ‘Now That You’re Gone’
The tracks are online now.
After teasing their return earlier this year, The Raconteurs are back with their first new material in a decade - following 2008’s ‘Consolers of the Lonely’.
They’ve released a double A-side (the physical out via label Third Man Records’ Vault subscription service), with tracks ‘Sunday Driver’ and ‘Now That You’re Gone’.
The latter is a slow number, helmed by Brendan Benson’s vocals, while the faster-paced former features Jack White on lead, and features a Beatles-y breakdown.
The tracks have also been given video treatment, ‘Sunday Driver’ courtesy of Steven Sebring, and ‘Now That You’re Gone’ by Dikayl Rimmasch.
Watch both below.
