The Wombats unveil new video for ‘Give Me A Try’
The band are gearing up to release their new album ‘Glitterbug’ on 13th April.
Ahead of the release of their new album ‘Glitterbug’, The Wombats have unveiled a brand new video for ‘Give Me A Try’.
Following on from their previous tracks ‘Greek Tragedy’ and ‘Emoticons’, the band have released another new offering.
In the newest clip to come from the band, things get a little bit Tinder, as a slew of respective suitors try their best and pull their best pose to persuade the person browsing their dating profile to, well, just give them a try.
Speaking of the track itself, the band’s Matthew ‘Murph’ Murphy: “I really love that song. It’s special to me because it has a far more positive outlook than what you’ve heard from us in the past.”
The new video gets directed by Max Weiland and you can check out the first look at it below.
‘Give Me A Try’ is set for a release on 13th April, which doubles as the album’s release date.
The band also have a array of live dates scheduled, including a sold out UK tour and a number of festivals. Check out their upcoming plans below.
