Listen to all of The xx’s ‘Night + Day’ radio shows, featuring Warpaint, Sampha and more

The xx held a week’s residency in Brixton earlier this month. As well as seven shows at the legendary Academy, they took over South London station Reprezent Radio each day, with a huge list of guests. The likes of Sampha, Warpaint, Jehnny Beth, producer David Wrench and Gilles Peterson all contributed shows to the ‘Night + Day’ programme, and all of them are now available to listen to on Soundcloud. We headed along to Brixton Academy for The xx’s third show at the venue. “It’s a week that will live long in the memory of London from a band that provide its most universal soundtrack,” we said at the time, and the band have also shared a series of clips featuring the band’s special guests at the Brixton shows, which included Robyn, Florence Welch and Jehnny Beth.
