Warpaint, Devonté Hynes, Nilüfer Yanya and more to play Harry Styles' edition of Meltdown Festival

Getdown ServicesJust weeks on from the release of his fourth album ‘KISS ALL THE TIME. DISCO, OCCASIONALLY.’, Harry Styles has confirmed the first names set to appear at this year’s edition of Meltdown Festival, which he has curated. And spoiler alert: it’s gonna be a memorable one.

Woozy indie-rocker Warpaint have been confirmed to play their only show of 2026 when they open the event on Thursday 11th June, while other acts announced to play the eleven-day residency include Devonté Hynes, Nilüfer Yanya, Orlando Weeks, Getdown Services, Fousheé and Jon Hopkins, among many others. What’s more, LCD Soundsystem band leader James Murphy will be ringing in the event with a special late night set, taking place on Saturday 20th June. Not too shabby, eh!

Music is my life, every artist involved in this year’s Meltdown festival means so much to me, both as a fan, and a musician,” Harry has said, of the bill he’s curated. “It’s a true honour to host legends who have paved the way for the generations that follow them, as well as new acts that have inspired me to push my creative boundaries. There are some incredibly unique, one-of-a-kind performances planned and the Southbank Centre is such a special place to experience live music. I hope attendees and performers have an unforgettable time this year at Meltdown. I can’t wait!”

As curator of this year’s event, Harry follows in the footsteps of seminal past curators such as David Bowie, Yoko Ono, Patti Smith, Nile Rogers, and most recently Little Simz. The festival takes place across the Southbank Centre’s multi-venue site from 11th to 21st June, and will be helping to mark the venue’s 75th anniversary. Tickets for all events will go on sale to Southbank Centre Members from tomorrow (Thursday 9th April) before going on general sale from Friday 10th April.
