Ulrika Spacek are streaming ‘Modern English Decoration’ in full

Did you call KEN last week to get a preview of Ulrika Spacek’s new album? Well, even if you didn’t, you can now hear it in full. ‘Modern English Decoration’ is officially out this Friday (2nd June) but the whole ten-track collection is being streamed on SoundCloud right now. At the time the album was announced, singer, guitarist and synth player Rhys Edwards said: “We enjoy listening to music through the album format and want our records to reflect that”. He continued: “Though we may explore this in the future, our records are not ‘jam’ records. We’re fans of collage based art, and create music in the same way”. Having recently toured with Wire and Slowdive, the band have also shared a bunch of new headline UK tour dates, which take place in June and August.
