Unknown Mortal Orchestra play session for Lauren Laverne’s 6 Music show
Songwriter Ruban Nielson and co. played two cuts from their forthcoming album ‘Multi-Love’.

Ahead of the release of their third album ‘Multi-Love’, Unknown Mortal Orchestra joined Lauren Laverne in the BBC Radio 6 Music studios to chat about the new album, working with Frank Ocean and Toro Y Moi and potentially illegal sources of influence. The American/Kiwi psych rock band also performed ‘Can’t Keep Checking My Phone’ and ‘Stage or Screen’ from ‘Multi-Love’.
Ahead of its release on 25th May via Jagjaguwar, the follow-up to 2013’s ‘II’ is now available to hear via NPR’s ‘First Listen’ service. Pre-order here via iTunes.
