Volcano Choir throw shapes for new ‘Tiderays’ video
Dancers spin their way into the sea for this sentimental new clip.
Volcano Choir are airing a video for ‘Tiderays’, one of several sweet, gradually building numbers from their second album ‘Repave’.
The Justin Vernon-fronted project have hired the Milwaukee ballet to dance their way through this latest clip, which overlaps their spinning frames with spiralling shots of crashing waves.
It’s directed by Kyle Buckley and Andi Woodward, who seem to have a thing for making everyday silhouettes look like something sent from outer space.
‘Repave’ is out now via Jagjaguwar.
