Watch: Arthur Beatrice Unveil ‘Midland’ Video
It’s one extensive shot of a solitary figure, giving the camera a staring contest.
London’s Arthur Beatrice have revealed the video for their first single, ‘Midland’.
‘Midland’ was described in a DIY First On piece as ‘the sound of London; dark and vulnerable, with its late night feel giving it a strangely beautiful outer edge.’
The video, then, is a suitably melancholic watch. One lonely figure gazes nonchalantly to her right hand side, before turning her view towards the camera, right before it gets ever so slightly NSFW (don’t say we didn’t warn you).
