Watch: Beck Previews New ‘Wake Up’ Song At California Show
Increasingly prolific musician recruits a choir to perform his latest track.
Last night busy-bod Beck previewed new material at a show in California, during his appearance in Doug Aitken’s Station To Station.
He recently unveiled the ‘Gimme’ single, which is coming out in various ridiculous forms (eg. a 30 minute-long version) but it looks like even more material’s on the way.
‘Wake Up’ - on the basis of this narrow-lensed but pretty clear fan video - sounds all-rejoicing, a far cry from the more experimental, noodly singles he’s been bringing out of late.
