Watch: Bowerbirds Post Video For ‘Tuck The Darkness In’

Bowerbirds have unveiled the video for their track ‘Tuck The Darkness In’, the latest to be taken from their new out-this-week album, ‘The Clearing’. Directed by Carols Lopez Estrada, the video tells the story of a young boy with a particular affinity toward fish.

Talking to DIY, the band said of the album: ‘This record is the most bittersweet thing that we’ve ever created, which definitely includes a lot of optimistic moments. There is a lot of reality in this record. A lot of negotiating with ourselves and our place in life. There doesn’t seem to be an optimistic moment that isn’t brought back down to earth again. The world is huge, and we are so small, and sometimes that makes me incredibly happy, and sometimes that makes me incredibly sad.’
