Australia-bred power-pop perfectionists Cloud Control have unveiled a video for ‘Promises’, taken from their new ‘Dream Cave’ LP.
Keith Musil directs the clip, which shows a couple of US high school students driving to a golf range, killing their sorrows by getting horrendously drunk before diving into a suburban swimming pool. It’s a (sort-of) romantic tale of football jock meets Jack Daniels-obsessive.
