Watch: Dub Thompson Air New ‘No Time’ Video
Watch this Vinyl Williams-directed clip for the band behind a forthcoming ‘9 Songs’ debut.
Matt Pulos and Evan Laffer’s debut Dub Thompson album ‘9 Songs’ is out this June, with Foxygen’s Jonathan Rado at the production desk. They’ve recruited another one of their talented friends for ‘No Time”s new video. Vinyl Williams - video collage artist and psych music specialist - is at the wheel visually for a new clip, which promises a narrative ‘heavily skewed through the process of degradation.’ He uses lots of long words when describing the video, but in summary it’s a hazy trip involving the wheel of fortune tarot card.
‘9 Songs’ is out 9th June via Dead Oceans.
