Watch: Flying Lotus Unveils Video For ‘Putty Boy Strut’

The track gets taken from his forthcoming album ‘Until The Quiet Comes’.

Flying Lotus has unveiled a brand new video for ‘Putty Boy Strut’.

The track gets taken from his forthcoming album ‘Until The Quiet Comes’, which is due on the 1st October through Warp Records, and is accompanied by an animated clip created by the Brighton-based artist Cyriak.

To celebrate the release of his brand new record, he originally planned to perform an all-night show at London’s Brixton Academy.

Using the show as a means to showcase his Brainfeeder label imprint, it was set to feature an array of artists from it, as well as two performances by the man himself.

However, the ‘Cosmogramma’ star has been forced to push back the show date until 2013 - no date has officially been confirmed as-of-yet - because of availability issues.

Speaking of the postponing of the show, Flying Lotus said: “The team is strong, so when we do a Brainfeeder all-nighter in London, we ALL need to be in there…if we’re gonna do it , we are gonna do it right”.

However, he has now also scheduled a date at London’s Troxy to celebrate the release of his new full-length.
