Watch: Green Day Perform New Tracks Live

It’s not too long now until we get to finally hear the first of Green Day’s three musical brain children, but in the meantime, they’ve gone and performed a whole host of their newest material live.

And, of course, there’s some video evidence that we can wrap our ears around.

Taking to the stage for a last minute, teeny tiny show at Los Angeles’ Echoplex, the trio performed a two hour set for the eager ticket holders (they sold out in seconds) and included new cuts ‘Nuclear Family’, ‘Kill the DJ’, and ‘Wild One’. Check out the videos of the tracks below.

The full trio of records - titled ‘¡UNO! ¡DOS! ¡TRE!’ - are set to be released on 25th September, 13th November and 15th January of next year. Recorded in the band’s hometown of Oakland, California, long time collaborator Rob Cavallo will produce.
