Watch: No Age Unveil ‘An Impression’ Video
The productive humdrum of LA duo’s ‘An Object’ seeps into a new video.

LA duo No Age release their new ‘An Object’ album today. The music within is only half the story. If you’ve read the pair’s DIY interview you’ll have heard about how Dean Spunt and Randy Randall went about manufacturing their album (by hand, one by one, each individually stamped).
‘To see [‘An Object’] grow into 10,000 pieces of things, to see it multiplied over the space really struck me with awe, just the number of records…’ the band explained.
That extreme, productive process finds its way into the abstract, ever-fading glow of album centrepiece ‘An Impression’, and its video, up above. The focus is on a square-like ‘object’, overlaid with deep red shades that get less structured by the second.
