Watch: Painted Palms Unveil ‘Forever’ Video
San Francisco duo team up with ours&yours for a gooey, inky video.

Painted Palms
’ ‘Forever’ debut might come across as Panda Bear-channelling, sample crazy pop all escapism unbounded. But there’s a deep, dark heart to this record, one that rears its ugly head in odd moments of reflection.
This evil alter-ego is acknowledged in a new video for the album’s title track. Production team ours&yours directs, giving a face to the San Francisco duo’s apparent sunny optimism. Said face is bathing in nasty black ink, with Christopher Prudhomme dipping his hands into an endless pot of goo. Nice.
