Watch Run the Jewels play ‘Lie, Cheat, Steal’ on Conan
‘Run the Jewels 2’ gets a triumphant round on the late night show.
Ahead of their support slot for Jack White at Madison Square Garden this month, Run the Jewels took to Conan to perform their first televised slot of 2015.
Bringing ‘Lie, Cheat, Steal’ from their ‘RTJ2’ LP, they took one of the most politically-charged songs on the record and took the mentality several steps further.
Watch the Conan performance below. This year, Run the Jewels are set to arrive at Reading & Leeds 2015. They’ve also been confirmed for Coachella and Bonnaroo festivals, with work set to commence on ‘RTJ3’ later this year.
We’re still waiting on ‘Meow the Jewels’ too, guys.
