Watch Sam Smith play ‘Stay With Me’ on Letterman
Watch the London singer run through a highlight from ‘In The Lonely Hour’.

Last night (18th June), Sam Smith celebrated the US release of his debut album ‘In The Lonely Hour’ by performing on The Late Show With David Letterman.
Running through a rendition of ‘Stay With Me’, Letterman’s reaction says it all - beginning speechless, he eventually turned to the backing band and asked: “How do you know when to come in?”
‘In The Lonely Hour’ is currently #3 in the UK album top 40, after topping the charts as the fastest-selling debut of the year.
