Working Men’s Club share new track ‘White Rooms & People’
The punk-funk four-piece unveil some arty new visuals.
Fresh off of a slot in our Class of 2020, as well as their performance at our Hello 2020 shows last month, Working Men’s Club have shared their brand new song ‘White Rooms & People’.
“People have an important role to play,” explains Working Men’s Club’s singer Syd Minsky-Sargeant, of their new release. “Creative power is incredibly important in these times, whether it’s to soothe people’s pain, distract them or address how fucked up the world is right now. There are things we have to accept but there are also things we can do; the power has always been there so it’s about time we used it again.”
The first glimpse into hopefully new music they’re working on, when we spoke to Syd earlier this year about plans for the debut album, he explained of his vision, “I’d like it to be weird as fuck. I’d prefer people to think ‘what the fuck is that?’ I want it to be different.”
Can’t wait. Check out their newbie below.
