White Lung Announce New Album, ‘Deep Fantasy’

Domino-signed Vancouver group White Lung have announced the details for their new album, ‘Deep Fantasy’. Out this May, the new LP follows on from a ‘Drown With The Monster’ 7’ released on 28th April, plus the two LPs (‘Sorry’ and ‘S/T’) that gained the four-piece their initial rep as one of the most exciting bands going from Canada.

The band have shifted their line-up slightly. Wax Idols’ Hether Fortune becomes a new bassist/vocalist for touring duties, and on record the group are now a three-piece - vocalist Mish Way, drummer Anne-Marie Vassiliou and guitarist Kenneth William.

Catch up with ‘Drown With The Monster’ below. White Lung play this year’s Great Escape Festival in Brighton, 8th-10th May. They’re then taking off on a European tour that takes in newly announced shows at Leeds’ Gold Sounds Fest and London’s 100 Club.
