Wild Nothing are supporting Kings of Leon on their UK tour. Okay

They’ve also announced a handful of headline dates.

Wild Nothing’s latest album ‘Life Of Pause’ is full of echoed vocals, nods to minimalist composer Steve Reich and moments of pulsing dreampop. So of course they’re going on tour with Kings of Leon, monarchs of anthemic, stadium-filling indie.

Yep, Jack Tatum and co are off on tour with the Followill family when they come to the UK for their arena shows in February. The five massive shows will see them playing Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, Liverpool and Glasgow. It’s almost as mysterious as that time the Kings went on tour with Deerhunter.

If you want to hear ‘Life Of Pause’ somewhere a little more intimate though, Wild Nothing will also be doing a few headline shows in-between the arena dates. Kicking off at the Moth Club in London on 18th February, they’ll be playing additional dates in Birmingham and Liverpool as well as taking in Manchester and Dublin.

Check out the upcoming tour dates below. Tickets for Wild Nothing’s headline dates are on sale now. Plus, you can read our interview with Wild Nothing from earlier in the year here.
