Willy Moon Announces New Single, ‘My Girl’

The track is set to feature on the singer’s debut album, ‘Here’s Willy Moon’.

Not content with soundtracking every TV advertisement break for months, Willy Moon is gearing up to release his long-awaited debut album this spring.

‘Here’s Willy Moon’ is set for release on 1st April via Island, and will feature his previous singles: ‘I Wanna Be Your Man’, ‘Yeah Yeah’ (of course), and ‘Railroad Track’, which was released via Third Man Records back in August of last year.

It also features Willy’s take on Little Willie John’s ‘I’m Shakin” - as also covered in the near past by Jack White on ‘Blunderbuss’ and released as a single.

However, it’s ‘My Girl’ that’s getting the star treatment, being the next single from the record, and due for a 3rd March release. It’s streaming below.

Willy has a few live dates lined up to precede the release (and one after). He’ll appear at the following:

MARCH
5 London XOYO
22 Birmingham Hare & Hounds
23 Glasgow Broadcast
25 Manchester Deaf Institute
26 Brighton The Haunt

MAY
8 London Electric Ballroom
