YAST get reflective on ‘My Dreams’ b-side
The flipside to the Malmö group’s latest single is premiering first on DIY.

Dreamy surf-pop sway abounds on the appropriately titled new B-side from YAST, ‘My Dreams’. Premiering below on DIY, there’s a jovial, bouncy dressing to the Swedish group’s output.
It disguises something darker though. Introverted, slurred vocals carry the sentiment - “I know you’ll never be my girl,” comes the dejected voice from amongst the hazy, sunny-day backing, the contrast adding a bittersweet note to their otherwise sugary cocktail.
