Young Guns announce one-off London show

Buckinghamshire five-piece Young Guns have followed up a recently unveiled track with a new London date.

Joining up with Reading and Leeds warm-up shows which take place in Portsmouth and Gloucester, they’ll play London’s Madame Jojo’s this September.

Tickets for the show are on sale from 9am on Wednesday 20th August.

Earlier this week, Young Guns showcased their brand new single ‘I Want Out’, taken from their forthcoming third album, tentatively due out in late 2015 via Virgin / EMI.

DIY caught up with the band in the studio in this month’s issue, and they’re promising a more “cohesive” release. ”The record sounds like a real reflection of where we are in the band, and we sound supremely confident and, I think, like a band who has figured out what they want to sound like. I’m really excited about it,” said Gustav Wood.

Young Guns play the main stage at Reading and Leeds next weekend, 22nd-24th August.
