Yung preview new 7” with ‘Burning Bodies’
Destructive cut is taken from a release on Tough Love.
Denmark band Yung have unveiled another flavour of their fuzz-drenched rock ’n roll in the form of ‘Burning Bodies’.
The song features on a forthcoming 7” single via Tough Love, linking up with ‘Blanket’ and following on the group’s ‘Alter’ debut.
It’s easy to dig into the ferocity and darkness lurking within Yung - and other Danish punks from the same pack - but there’s a breathless simplicity to ‘Burning Bodies’. It’s the equivalent of someone racing into the forest with nothing but a backpack stuffed full of clothes (and some water too - that’s important), seeking escape without caring about their end-point.
