Fcukers - Ö

A swift album that’ll prove difficult to grow tired of.

Fcukers - Ö

Just three years into a journey that began with a sold-out show on the Lower East side, the New York duo comprised of Shanny Wise and Jackson Walker Lewis come good with an 11-track record that takes their audience along on a night out. ‘If you wanna party, come over to my house’ is such a playful invitation to join in on their mischief that it’s hard not to catch FOMO. The droning buzz of the bass on ‘Play Me’ accentuates Shanny’s smooth vocal that almost dances through the melody, ‘Lonely’ shifts the vibe to project dancefloor-based connection, and slower-paced closer ‘Feel The Real’ perfectly matches the feeling of seeing the sun during an early-hours walk home. A swift album that’ll prove difficult to grow tired of.
