Mirror Manor bursts into life with debut track ‘Echo Trails’
Hear the first track to come from the new project by Brontide’s Tim Hancock.
It’s been three years since Brontide released their most recent album, and while things may have been quiet up until now, that’s all about to change. Now, you can hear the first new material to come from the trio’s Tim Hancock.
The first track to come from his new project Mirror Manor gets released today and we’re lucky enough to be premiering it. ‘Echo Trails’ - a series of gorgeous synths looped together to create a driven, but intricate offering - comes accompanied by a video, as created by visual artist Stuart Samuels.
Speaking to us about how this all began, Tim has said: “Mirror Manor started about a year ago when I began taking ideas I had written on guitar and playing with them on synths. I think the same principle of using loops with Brontide translated really well so I started building round that idea.
“‘Echo Trails’ became my first finished track and then I got Stuart Samuels working on a video after seeing some of his work online. The visuals fit so well and compliment the music perfectly. I want to make music that sucks you in, it’s for driving late at night in a bad mood.”
‘Echo Trails’ is just the first of Mirror Manor’s offering, with more music expected to land in April.
