Crawlers turn the page with new EP ‘TURN OFF THE TV’
Out in August, the band’s next project has been introduced by lead single ‘AFRAID TO DIE’.

Crawlers have kick-started a thrilling new chapter, having just announced that they’ll be releasing a new EP, ‘TURN OFF THE TV’, on 14th August via Nettwerk.
The project’s newly-released lead single ‘AFRAID TO DIE’ is the first new music we’ve heard from the rock trio - made up of best mates Holly Minto, Amy Woodall, and Liv May - since 2024, when their acclaimed debut album ‘The Mess We Seem To Make’ arrived in the world to giddy reception.
Billed as a “cathartic purge” for the band, the EP explores a difficult period for Holly; facing trauma, mental health issues, and isolation, they recall “pushing yourself away to a point where you no longer have the natural human experience of fearing death.”
Explaining more about the genesis of ‘AFRAID TO DIE’, Holly notes: “I was living extremely recklessly because I felt like I didn’t care anymore. I’d gotten so used to this feeling of grief and pain, but then I went on a great run one morning, and then Amy showed me how to make this really good porridge, and then Liv asked if we were gonna grab some drinks later.
“I realised I’d hate to die because that would mean I wouldn’t get more of this. It felt good to start the EP by changing my mind.”
