Listen to ‘Buried’, the first track from Shlohmo’s new album

Producer Shlohmo has announced that his new album ‘Dark Red’, due 7th April via True Panther/WeDidIt.

The LA-based producer has shared the first track from the release ‘Buried’, alongside dates for a North American tour, starting in March and running until May. ‘Dark Red’ follows the debut album ‘Bad Vibes’, which was released in 2011 on Friends of Friends. The tracklist for ‘Dark Red’ is as follows:

New track ‘Buried’ is an instrumental of sinister sounds and eerie movements, characterised by the opening keys and otherworldly snippets. Throughout the seven minutes, there’s a foreboding sense of violence and devastation that Shlohmo says ‘Dark Red’ possesses. In a statement to describe the album, he says: “I wanted this one to be loud, and not just loud but really really f***ing loud.”
