King Krule announces album as Archy Marshall, ‘A New Place 2 Drown’

Last week, King Krule gave hints towards a new project, sharing a photo with the caption “ANP2D coming soon…”.

Turns out, this stands for ‘A New Place 2 Drown’ and what looks to be a new album release under his real name, Archy Marshall.

According to publisher TOPSAFE, this a multi-disciplinary project between Archy and his brother, Jack Marshall. It consists of an album, a book of poetry and a short film from Will Robson Scott.

The True Panther / XL release is currently listed on Boomkat with a 10th December release (that’s right - it’s out next week!). Here’s the tracklist:
