Azealia Banks Signs To Major Label, Album Expected May/June

It’s all in the title really! Azealia Banks has finally announced that she has signed to a major label after months of speculation.

Banks took to Twitter to let fans know that she’s just signed to Universal Music and hopes to release her debut LP come May or June time.

She tweeted: ‘I am now officially signed to Universal Music.’

Continuing: ‘Wow I just wanna drink a million bottles of champagne and do a million bell kicks right now.’

Before adding: ‘Album in May? June possibly?’

So there you have it. Twitter may be the fastest spreading source of gossip, but it’s probably safe to treat this one as gospel.
