The Music Upgrade Forthcoming London ‘Farewell’ Show
They’ll no longer be playing O2 Shepherds Bush Empire.

If we were to make a list of Things That Are Quite Unlikely To Happen, up until five minutes ago ‘The Music upgrade their London show to O2 Brixton Academy’ would have been pretty high up on it.
We’re sure you can see where this is going: that’s exactly what they’ve done.
‘In response to exceptional ticket demand,’ the band say in a mailout, ‘we’ve moved our London show on Thursday 4th August from Shepherds Bush Empire to Brixton Academy.’
Tickets already purchased for the Shepherd’s Bush Empire show will still be valid, of course.
The band announced their forthcoming split last week, and - along with a date in their hometown of Leeds on 5th August, and a few in Japan - this will be their last.
They released three studio albums in total: their 2002 self-titled debut, 2004’s ‘Welcome To The North’, and 2008’s ‘Strength In Numbers’.
