The Music have split, and revealed a clutch of ‘farewell’ shows.
‘After 10 years, three albums and some unforgettable live performances,’ reads the announcement, ‘The Music have announced a series of final shows in Japan and England before going their separate ways at the end of this Summer.’
The band released three studio albums in total: their 2002 self-titled debut, 2004’s ‘Welcome To The North’, and 2008’s ‘Strength In Numbers’.

25 Osaka - Big Cat
26 Nagoya - Club Quattro
27 Tokyo - AX
AUGUST
04 London - Shepherds Bush Empire
05 Leeds - O2 Academy
Tickets will go on sale on 23rd April, and 8th April - depending on the show.
The Leeds quartet recently released a compilation album, ‘Singles And EPs: 2001 - 2005’.
