Thirty Seconds To Mars announce three-day ‘camping experience’ Camp Mars

Get your s’mores at the ready because Thirty Seconds To Mars are starting their very own summer camp.

No longer content with regular ol’ festivals (or cruises, for that matter), the trio have decided to invite a whole load of fans to join them in Malibu, California for a weekend of campfires, singalongs and - you know - the odd live performance or two.

Taking place from 22nd to 24th August, the band are promising all sorts of activities, including (but not limited to!) “hiking, climbing, yoga, cooking classes, raising the flag and camp fire sing-a-longs.” There’ll also be two performances from the band themselves, along with a range of DJ sets across the event.

Speaking to Rolling Stone about the event, the band’s Jared Leto has said: “We have always looked to do things for our audience that are fun and unique. What better way to celebrate the summer than in beautiful Southern California with the Mars family in full.”
