Alex Lahey announces ‘Good Time’ UK and European tour dates

Alex Lahey has shared details of an international tour in autumn this year, which will see her hit the UK and Europe in addition to multiple dates around her native Australia. The news follows the recent release of her acclaimed third album ‘The Answer Is Always Yes’, which came out earlier this year.

Of the tour’s namesake track, ‘Good Time’, Alex says: ‘This song was inspired by a night out I had at the pub with my friend soon after Melbourne came out of lengthy lockdowns. We were watching all these strangers around us have this ‘whatever it takes’ attitude towards making the most of the night. It was a bit of a shock after being cooped up for so long, but also kind of invigorating’.

Tickets for Alex Lahey’s UK and European shows go on general sale here this Friday 21st July at 10:00am BST.
