Aquilo take a trip in new video for ‘Good Girl’
Lake District duo are streaming the new clip exclusively on DIY.
Aquilo recently released ‘Good Girl’ via Island, and they’ve shared a compelling clip for the track. DIY has the first play.
The track is “the sound of the Lake District duo trying something entirely out of their comfort zone”, and they’re certainly doing the same in this new video.
‘Good Gir”s clip shows two choir girls taking a trip into the night, perfectly complementing Aquilo’s switch in sound with the track, incorporating a dancier edge than their more sombre beginnings. The protagonist travels from church to chippy at 3am, leaving her reluctant friend behind. It’s quite the trip.
Aquilo are set to play a one off show at London’s Oslo venue on 31st October.
