Lancashire duo Aquilo are gearing up to release their debut album ‘Silhouettes’ on 27th January and to put us in the mood they’ve shared a new video for ‘You Won’t Know Where You Stand’.

The clip follows a young ice skater training for Team GB when she’s approached by a young man, Now let’s face it, it’s a pretty bold first move to say to a girl’s face “I think you’re shit” when they’re preparing to represent their country before offering to give her some “semi-professional” tips. Yeah, nice moves there. Somehow it seems to work out alright though, as the pair get together and have a bit of a frolic. Unfortunately her dad’s a bit worried that it might be distracting her from her skating.

The video is just the first part in what’s set to be an epic ‘Silhouettes’ trilogy. Will it be happily ever after for our protagonist? Or is she skating on thin ice? Or, you know, maybe they’ll throw a curveball and the next part will be about something completely different. Just got to wait and find out…
