Art School Girlfriend releases new single ‘Heaven Hanging Low’

Art School Girlfriend has shared ‘Heaven Hanging Low’, a brand new single and the third song to be taken from the upcoming album ‘Soft Landing’. Watch the video directed by Zak Watson below.

Alongside the news, Polly Mackey’s project have also announced a six-date November UK tour.

‘Soft Landing’ will be released on 4th August via Fiction Records, the follow up to her debut ‘Is It Light Where You Are?’ in 2020.

Speaking of the song, Mackey said, “These lyrics have a lot of religious imagery, but Heaven Hanging Low is actually a queer love song all about finding that celestial and sublime euphoria in your closer, more domesticated surroundings.”
