Azealia Banks was due to release her ‘1991’ EP this week, but, as the rapper explained on her Twitter, it’s er, not happening just yet.
With her debut full-length ‘Broke With Expensive Taste’ in the works, the EP was expected to feature tracks including ‘Grand Prix’ and ‘1991’.
But, as she posted on Monday night, it’s not quite ready to be released: she’s changed management, and plans to ‘vamp up’ the recording.
For all you asking ‘1991’ is getting delayed.. AGAIN. :( #newartistproblems

I just switched management.. Literally like three days ago, and have a whole new set of resources to take advantage of.

We’re gonna vamp this up and make it official.. No more ghetto mixes and closet recording.. I have a budget now! #brokewithexpensivetaste
