Beach House perform ‘One Thing’ on Colbert

Beach House rush-released their new album ‘Thank Your Lucky Stars’ yesterday (16th October) after only announcing it the week before, and to celebrate its release the band performed ‘One Thing’ on American telly last night.

The Baltimore outfit only released their last album ‘Depression Cherry’ this August, but have already followed it up with another LP. The release of ‘Thank Your Lucky Stars’ was marked by a particularly moody rendition of ‘One Thing’ on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

‘One Thing’ was one of three tracks the band revealed from the new album via their ‘single finder’ earlier this week, where fans had to state their favourite existing Beach House song and it’d pick one of the three tracks that best suited their taste.
